My Laps

ACC Tools provides the My Laps tool to overcome the problem that ACC does not include the unique platform identifier (Steam ID, Playstation ID) in the lap data it provides via the Broadcasting and interfaces.

This means that ACC Tools has match your own laps by the driver name configured in your driver profile. However if you change your driver profile or you race in a league that uses Entry Lists that override your name ACC Tools may not correctly identify your laps.

The primary reason for the My Laps tool is to allow you to tell ACC Tools the names that should be used to match your laps. However it can also be used to delete laps captured from the Broadcasting API.

My Laps

The My Laps tab displays the laps that ACC Tools is currently matching as yours.

At the top of this tab the tool displays a list of the names ACC Tools is currently using to match your laps.

Below that it displays the laps it has matched using these names in a table that you can browse using the page controls at the bottom.

Deleting Laps

Laps can be deleted using the Trash Can icon at the end of each row in the table. Activating this button deletes the lap without prompting for confirmation, so be sure you are deleting the correct row.

Find

The Find tab of allows you to find laps that belong to you, which are not currently being matched correctly by ACC Tools.

The Driver Names list will include all names that are not being used to match your laps. If a name in the list is a name you have used in a session select it from the list to populate the table below.

The table displays the laps to allow you to confirm the laps are yours. Once you are happy the correct laps are being matched click the button labelled This is Me and ACC Tools will match the your laps using this name from this point forward.

Startup Behaviour

By default the My Laps tool is displayed automatically when ACC Tools starts. This tool was introduced some time after the initial release of ACC Tools so it was important to make sure users checked their laps were being matched correctly.

Once you have identified that your laps are being matched correctly, the startup behaviour can be changed using the switch at the bottom of My Laps to prevent it from being displayed on startup.

If you need to use the tool again, for example you change your driver profile name, simply select Window, My Laps from the ACC Tools menubar.
