Installation

ACC is installed via Windows Installer package that provides a simple Wizard to guide you through the steps. The installer and the application are digitally signed to prevent corruption or malicious intrusion so we can assure you it is safe. Depending on your Windows settings or the browser you use, you may be prompted to confirm you want to continue installing. For example you may see the Windows Protection message like this:

Hiding Tools

The tabs for each tool except Dashboard can be hidden. If you never use a tool you can hide it and disable any background activity, such as monitoring for changes.

To hide a tool simply click the small X button in the corresponding tab.

Unhiding Tools

If you hide a tool as described above then want to use the tool, activate the down arrow button at the right end of the top level tab bar.

This will display a menu listing the names of all tools, with hidden tools below a separating line. Simply click an item in the menu to activate that tool. If the tool is hidden it will automatically be unhidden and available in the tab bar.

Getting Help

If you are not sure how to use any part of ACC Tools we provide online documentation, part of which you are reading now.

To open the Documentation home page (this page) select Help, Documentation from the menu bar.

To get context specific help for a tool activate the help icon adjacent to it’s name in the relevant tab.
